Though reams of gossip have appeared about the story line and Kamal's get-ups, only Kamal and director KS Ravi Kumar know the real truth. The film involves a lot of graphics, so 4 companies have been given the assignment, 2 in Chennai and 2 in Mumbai.
Since the film is to be released in 3 languages, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, so about a 1000 prints are to be made. The producer Oscar Ravichandran is very confident about the film.
According to him, like the film 'Titanic,' 'Dasavataram' will have a global appeal and everyone would be able to understand it too.
That's fine, but will he be able to recover the cost? Ravichandran reckons that the film would easily make 300 crores.
