R.K.Ramesh is producing the film ‘Thambikottai’ for Rajeshwari Films. Naren, Poonam Bajwa, Meena,
Prabhu and many others have acted in the film. In the audio release held recently,Arya released the audio which was accepted by Jeyam Ravi.
Those who participated in the function include Producer R.B.Chowdhary, Arya, Jeyam Ravi, Prasanna, Naren, M.S.Bhaskar and Bose Venkat, directors, Jeyam Raja, Sargunam and cinematographer Kannan and music director Iman and lyricist Viveka.
Speaking on the occasion director Myshkin said “if you direct a film with the usual number of songs
and fights, you will just be forgotten. Directors who give their first effort should give films like ‘Sethu’ and ‘Subramaniapuram’. To give better films than Bharathiraja, Mani Rathnam and Balu Mahendra, one has to do hard work driven by passion.
Youngsters have to discard the unwanted and strive to give good films. The films should not bully the
audience. Audiences are not different from us. They will like the good films just like we do. Giving good films will make them celebrate us. Otherwise they will discard us.”
