Lingusamy's Tirupathi Brothers production company is to produce 4 films in a row. One film is to be directed by Lingusamy himself. It will star Karthi and the heroine would be Nayantara, who is successful in both Tamil and Telugu.
Knowing that she was in demand, Nayan had hiked up her fee and that did not go down well with Lingusamy. There was some hefty bargaining between her and Subash, Lingusamy's brother. After bringing down the fee by about 10 lakhs, Nayan was signed on.
Selvaraghavan's 'Aayirathil Oruvan' shooting is over and Karthi's line is clear, so Lingusamy plans to start shooting for 'Paiya' this month. The first schedule of shooting takes place in Bangalore . Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Madhi of 'Veyil' fame.
