After a gap of few years following the release of 'Adhu Oru Kanaa Kaalam,' Balu Mahendra is to direct a new film that he has titled 'Kodai Vidumurai.'

Malavika has been approached to do an important role in the film. Balu Mahendra's fans are eagerly waiting to see if it would be like 'Moonram Pirai' Silk Smith or 'Adhu Oru Kanaa Kaalam' Tears.

The hero Vignette is a student of Loyola College. The heroine role is done by Priya Main.
