Even before the film started, Bala's 'Naan Kadavul' went through problems like change of hero and financial difficulties.
Finally after everything was sorted out, Bala took off to Kasi and 2 weeks of shooting went on at a non-stop pace before problems cropped up again. Since shooting has stopped, the hero Arya is waiting eagerly for a phone call from Bala.
Heroine Bhavana and cameraman Arthur Wilson have allocated their dates for another film. So what is Bala doing? He is walking a hundred times to the Hindu Religious Charities. For what?
The shooting of 'Naan Kadavul' is to take place in many temples including Kasi, Palani and many other temples in Tamilnadu. It would be easy to just get the permission and continue with the shooting, but Bala is caught in a mess of his making.
A few months back there was a problem and he issued statements in Jaya TV against Sun TV and DMK. This slight has not been forgotten by DMK that is loking for the right opportunity to get back at Bala.
Now Bala needs the permission of the Hindu Religious Charities and Information Dept and he has sent his request to the concerned organizations.
But Bala's file is moving at a snail's pace.
