Narain's first film in Tamil was 'Chithiram Pesudhadi.' He did a small role in '4 Students' but his first film as hero was in 'Chithiram Pesudhadi.' He felt action films were more his style and entertained only action stories. His next 3 films in Tamil were all action films. This did not happen by accident, but by choice.
Narain happens to have liked the story by debut making director Sivakumar. It is not a complete action film. The hero is a good man with a sense of humour. The action takes place in Madurai, so speaking the Madurai lingo is a must. Narain prefers to do his own dubbing.
The film is titled 'Pookadai Ravi' and Narain is busy learning how to speak Madurai Tamil. Though this would be the first time Narain will be doing a humour mixed role in Tamil, he is not new to it. In the Malayalam film 'Achuvinde Amma' directed by Sathyan Anthakadu, he did a humour mixed role.
