Divya becomes a producer

Divya is launching a production business.  Talking about it she said “’Vaaranam aayiram’ was selected as the best film for the Regional Language Films.  I am happy that I too acted in the film.  For the first time I spoke in my own voice.  It was director Gautam Menon who encouraged me to do that.  My film ‘Just mad madali’ is about to be released in Kannada.  In Tamil my film ‘Kaadal to kalyanam’ with Sathya will be released soon.  I am starting a production business to produce films in Kannada.  The story narrated by advertising film director Prakash is good.  I am going to make it into a Kannada film.

They are asking me to act in the Kannada re-make of ‘3 Idiots’  and ‘Wake up Sid’ and I have no intention to act in re-make films.  They will always compare them with the original films”.
