AR Gandhi Krishna was assistant to Shankar in 'Sivaji' and he is now making his debut as full time director. Originally, Vinay of 'Unnale Unnale' fame was to be the hero, but now Siddarth has been finalized in the main role.
When 'Boys' Siddarth was approached for the film, he shrugged that he was too busy. He is upset that Tamil cinema does not give him recognition. But his saying he had no call sheet free, upset Gandhi Krishna.
So he just went ahead and signed on another Siddarth, who is a software engineer in Coimbatore. The new hero is lucky to have 2 heroines in his very first film – Rukmani and Tamanna.
Music is by GV Prakash. Late cinematographer Jeeva's assistant Shankar wields the camera for this film.
