He's to complete 'Chennayil Oru Mazhai Kaalam' starring Trisha. Then he's to direct Mahesh Babu in a Telugu film. If this works, the film will be remade in Tamil with Vijay.
The Mahesh Babu film is produced by U TV. Gautham has already made 'Garjana,' the Telugu version of 'Kaaka Kaaka' with Venkatesh. It won rave reviews but failed at the box office. The Mahesh Babu film is Gautham's 2nd effort.
Hopefully it would fare well.
