As wishes poured in from the Tamil film field, Sneha found time in her busy schedule to meet the press and talk to them with her dazzling smile.
"Last year was a good year for me. I now have 9 films on hand. On my birthday, I went to the Kalikambal temple to pray that at least this year I get the opportunity to star in national award winning films. I'm sure Ambal will heed my prayers," said Sneha, eyes closed in a moment of meditation.
Where do you stand in this race for heroines?
"I'm not for listing all this Number One and Two stuff. Nowadays, it seems that the Number One slot is for one who is over glamorous or demands excess fees. I don't like this type of calculation. Just because I get offered a grand sum, I'm not for doing a kuthu song and dance," she said making clear her stance.
You seem to be doing a lady cop role?
"It's true I'm acting in the re-make of Vijayashanthi's 'Vyjayanthi IPS.' But many changes have been made in the story. This film will surely be a changing point in my career. I'm to train for the fight scenes."
Her flashing bright smile sparkled like the forthcoming Deepavali sparklers!
