Anushka’s film ‘Arundhathee’ has been adjudged as the best film.  She also paired with Vijay in ‘Vettaikaran’ and she won the best actor award for that (guest appearance).

Swathi again won the best actor Nandi award.  She won the award for her performance in the film ‘Ashtachamma’.  She had acted in the film ‘Subramaniapuram’ and she endeared herself to the fans through the song ‘kangal irandal’.
