Madhavan is doing the film 'Yavarum Nalam.' Nitu Chandra is the heroine. Earlier news reported that Shruti Kamal Hasan would be the other heroine. Later it was reported that she would pair with Madhavan in Rishikanth's direction.
Having been denying these news, Madhavan now assures that Shruti Kamal would be paired with him. Talking about this in an interview, he said:
"In Rishikanth's new Tamil film, Shruti will be introduced as my heroine. Currently Rishikanth has completed the Hindi film 'Mumbai Meri Jaan. I have also acted in the film. It will be released in June. As he is busy in that, the Tamil film is getting delayed. But it is not true that the film has been given up.
'Yavarum Nalam' directed by 'Alai' Vikram is completed and it will be released in August. At the same time this film will be released in Hindi also. After that I am acting in KRG's film directed by Selva. That film is not a re-make of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Yes, Boss,' but the central core of that film will be there."
It may be recalled that Madhavan has done 'Evano Oruvan' in Rishikanth's direction.
