Produced by Thanu at a big budget, ‘Kandasamy’ featuring Vikram as hero, is directed by Susi Ganesan. The shooting has been taking place at Chennai and surrounding areas.
In Chennai Boat Club, scenes involving Vikram and Krishna (The father of actor Mahesh Babu) were being shot.
Unexpectedly, an iron rod used for shooting purposes fell on Susi Ganesan’s leg. He had to be rushed to hospital where 4 stitches had to be put on the injury.
Since Susi Ganesan cannot work right now, shooting has been temporarily suspended.
