Soundarya is Rajini's younger daughter, who has from a young age, wanted to excel in the technical aspects of film making. She has designed costumes for her father for his films as well as done animation work.
After working on 'Baba,' 'Chandramukhi' and 'Sivaji,' she directed the animation film 'Sultan the Warrior' where the role model of the hero is Rajini.
It was expected that Soundarya would soon enter the silver screen and that seems to be becoming a reality soon. Her Ochre Studio is a collaboration with the famous Hollywood company Warner Brothers.
To be made in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, the film is supposed to be an action formula. She's on a 3 year contract.
