Even as Jaya TV signed on the doe eyed beauty Meena to host a game show 'Houseful', Sun TV assigned Ramya Krishnan of Neelambari fame, to host their game show 'Thangavettai' that will be aired every Saturday and Sunday from November onwards. The program is being made by Radaan.
Flush from the success of 'Koteeswaran,' Radhika gives the thumbs up signal for 'Thangavettai,' which she is sure will be a big hit too. In Neelambari style of "I like challenges, what about you?" she proceeds to elaborate on the show.
"This game is for families who have common sense, general knowledge and enthusiasm for game shows. And the prizes in the show will be gold, gold and more gold! One team will comprise of 5 members from 3 generations. It is not compulsory that they should be members of one family. Friends, neighbours and relatives can also compete as one family in the hunt for gold!"
"The people of Tamilnadu are happy to be blessed with rains this season. They will now be blessed with a gold shower too!" says Radhika Sarath Kumar, the creative head of Radaan.
So, Neelambari is ready to assess people's brain power while you get ready to weigh the gold!
