After 'Billa' is over, Ajith will act in 'Akbar' directed by Raju Sundaram. Shriya is his heroine. After this, he will act in the film directed by KS Ravikumar and produced by AVM's Balasubramanian.
Since their earlier 2 films were super hits, distributors are expectant over their third collaboration.
For his acting in 'Varalaaru,' Ajith did not get any award from the Tamilnadu govt. KS Ravikumar has expressed disappointment over this. In fact he wonders if the selection committee had even seen 'Varalaaru.'
They hope that this new film will make up for the award that Ajith did not get for 'Varalaaru.'
