Sanjay Ram is a director who wants to shoot only those things that take place in reality all over the world. His film 'Thoothukudi' did moderately well but the hero/producer Hari Kumar announced that it was he who had directed the film and put Sanjay Ram in the shade.
Sanjay Ram went on to release his next film 'Aadupuli Aattam.' The film was a super flop. He then got busy making a film 'Encounter' on Venkatesa Pannaiyar, who was woken up from his sleep and shot.
The hero is Saravanan. Sanjay Ram also said that he had got permission from Pannayar's wife Radhika Selvi. But he had not done so. He anyway bravely started work on the film.
Then his well wishers told him about the courage of Pannaiyar's supporters and how they would tear him apart if he continued to film without taking formal permission. So he changed the title to 'Veeramum Eeramum.' But what about the story?
Some said the story was changed, while others said it was not. The hero remained Saravanan.
For the moment, Sanjay Ram has escaped from an encounter with Pannaiyar's loyalists.
