Vishnuvardan had planned his 'Sarvam' before 'Billa,' but that is still to take off. Surya was the original choice, but he suddenly pushed off to do 'Vaaranam Aayiram,' so Vishnuvardan started work on 'Billa' with Ajith.
After completing 'Billa,' Vishnuvardan was bent on doing 'Sarvam' and Arya is the new hero. But the negative character who is of importance is posing the problem.
