Get-together of stars of 1980 – 1990!

Last year, the top actors and actresses of 1960 to 1970 got together and celebrated. Some of the stars included Saroja Devi, Sowcar Janaki, Vanisri and Rajasulochana.
In a follow up to that this year, the top stars of Tamil cinema from 1980 to 1990 danced into the wee hours. This get together took place in the residence of director Priyadarshan and his wife Lizzy, ain Nungambakkam.
Actors Rajinikanth, Prabhu, Karthik, Suresh, Mohan, Arjun, Pratap Pothan, Banuchander, Mohanlal, Chiranjeevi, ‘Oru Thalai Ragam’ Shankar, Amareesh, actresses Lizzy, Radhika, Suhasini, Revathi, Radha, Ambika, Poorniam, Nadia, Shobana, Khushboo, Ramya Krishnan were part of the gathering.
A dinner was hosted at 9.30pm and the stars found the reunion an enjoyable occasion. In celebration, they danced into the wee hours of the morning. Nadigar Sangam President Sarath Kumar was the guest of honor. The party broke up well after 6am!
